Abstract

This research paper explores the strategic and administrative methodologies of crisis management deployed by the Prophet Muhammad during critical turning points of his prophetic mission. By analyzing four major historical milestones—the socio-economic boycott in the She'b Abi Talib, the strategic relocation (Hijrah) to Madinah, the military challenges of the Ghazawat (Badr, Uhud, and Khandaq), and the diplomatic deadlock at the Treaty of Hudaybiyyah—this study deduces timeless organizational principles. The findings demonstrate that prophetic crisis management was never reactive or emotional; rather, it was grounded in divine guidance, meticulous risk assessment, robust internal solidarity, strategic flexibility, and structured delegation. This paper provides an academic framework showcasing how existential threats were systematically transformed into historic opportunities for state-building and global dawah..
