الملخص
The use of modern weapons has not only exposed human life and property to extraordinary dangers but has also left deep and alarming impacts on the environment. The increasing trend of smog and fog is one of these effects, which intensifies because of air pollution, the release of toxic chemical substances, and particles produced by war-related explosions. The study of this issue is important because environmental changes directly affect human health, agricultural production, climatic systems, and the survival of the natural environment. In the current global context, it has become essential to understand environmental protection on religious and ethical grounds, and Islamic teachings provide comprehensive, clear, and human-friendly guidance in this regard. The primary objective of this research is to clarify what principles Islam presents concerning air pollution, environmental damage, and the risks faced by human and biological life—particularly the responsibilities of protecting the environment during wartime. The study indicates, with reference to Islamic sources, that unnecessary destruction in war, excessive use of smoke, release of harmful substances, and every action that damages the environment are prohibited. This research highlights that environmental protection is not only a scientific requirement but also a moral and Shariah-based responsibility from the Islamic perspective.
