الملخص

This research conducts a comprehensive comparative analysis of the missionary methodologies (manāhij al-daʿwah) employed by non-prophetic figures mentioned in the Holy Quran. Moving beyond the prophetic paradigm, the study examines how various righteous individuals, believers, reformers, and even opponents developed distinctive approaches to inviting others to the truth. The research analyzes the methodologies of key figures including the believer from the family of Pharaoh (Muʾmin Āl Firʿawn), the companions of Yā Sīn (Aṣḥāb al-Qaryah), Bilqīs the Queen of Sheba, the magicians of Pharaoh (al-Saḥarah), and the believers among the People of the Book. Through systematic comparison of their theological foundations, strategic priorities, target audiences, and methodological tools, this research identifies patterns of convergence and divergence among these diverse Quranic traditions. The study employs a comparative analytical methodology, drawing upon classical tafsīr literature and contemporary scholarly works. The findings reveal that while all figures root their methodologies in divine guidance, significant variations emerge in their emphasis on wisdom and gentle preaching versus direct confrontation, their approach to those in power versus common people, and their utilization of rational arguments versus emotional appeals. This research contributes to understanding the rich diversity of Quranic missionary paradigms and their relevance for contemporary daʿwah work.
